Social Publisher is an internal publishing tool operated for authorized website and social media administrators. This policy explains what information the service handles when a user connects social media accounts such as Facebook Pages.
Information We Collect
- Administrator account information, such as email address and role.
- Social account metadata returned by the platform OAuth flow, such as Page or account ID, display name, granted scopes, token expiry metadata, and token health.
- Encrypted access tokens required to publish approved queue items to connected social accounts.
- Operational publishing data, including queue items, post history, platform post IDs, captions, image URLs, error logs, and audit metadata.
How We Use Information
- To authenticate administrators and protect the dashboard.
- To connect authorized Facebook Pages and other social accounts through OAuth.
- To create, schedule, publish, monitor, and report social posts requested by authorized users.
- To troubleshoot publishing failures and maintain platform token health.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the relevant social platform APIs when required to publish posts or validate connected accounts.
Storage And Security
Access tokens are stored encrypted on the server. Dashboard access is protected by authenticated user accounts. Raw platform tokens are not exposed to n8n workflows or browser clients.
Data Retention
Operational data is retained while the connected site or social account remains active, unless deletion is requested by an authorized administrator.
Data Deletion
To request deletion, follow the instructions at /data-deletion.
