Data Deletion Instructions

Authorized users may request removal of their Social Publisher account data, connected social account tokens, and publishing metadata.

How To Request Deletion

1. Log in to the Social Publisher admin dashboard, if you have access.
2. Ask an administrator to disconnect your social account and remove related stored tokens and queue/history data.
3. If you cannot access the dashboard, contact the administrator of this Social Publisher installation and include the email address or social Page/account that should be removed.

What Will Be Deleted

• Encrypted social access tokens and refresh tokens, if stored.
• Connected account metadata such as Page/account ID, display name, scopes, and token health.
• Pending queue items associated with the removed connection.
• Operational logs that are no longer required for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

Facebook App Removal

You may also remove this app from your Facebook account settings. Removing the app from Facebook revokes future platform access, but you may still request deletion of locally stored operational records from the Social Publisher administrator.
